The phrase Enterprise 2.0 was coined in 2006 by Andrew McAfee of Harvard Business School. The thoughts of working in collaborative ways internally had of course existed before then, but the interest in social software (Hooray, another phrase!) the few years has skyrocketed.

Collaborative & user-generated web

For us "Enterprise 2.0" means embracing the collaborative, user-generated web and transforming it into business value within the corporate walls. Through for example wikis, blogs, microblogs and feeds Incentive customers are creating huge searchable knowledge libraries. They google their own wikipedias.

Who is using it?

There is no such thing as a typical Incentive customer, we believe that the new way of working suits most companies, both huge and startup. Your company will absolutely not perish if you choose that this Enterprise 2.0-thing is not for you, but you will definitely miss out on innovation, timesaving and an efficient way of working. That is our strong and passionate opinion, please tell us yours :)
